• Develop risk strategy, set up risk appetites of the Bank;
• Organize, manage, monitor policies, regulations and processes and measurement tools to manage 6 types of material risks;
• Develop scenarios in case of arising operational risk and liquidity risk;
• Organize, manage, assign and instruct staffs in risk management team;
• Develop risk management models under Basel II’s instructions and under other practices, routines;
• Develop risk management reports;
• Assist Head of Risk Management Division, Board of Directors in risk-related decisions;
• Report to Head of Risk Management Division, Board of Directors.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Fluent in English;
• At least 5 years of experience in Risk Management, 1 year in management position;
• Having knowledge in Basel II;
• Priority is given to candidates with deep knowledge about market & liquidity risk management;
• Team leader skills, analyzing skill, reporting skill;
• Good at Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio.
